Eliot Michaelson

At King's College London, I regularly teach Philosophy of Language, Topics in Philosophy of Language, and Environmental Ethics. I also occasionally teach Gender & Philosophy and Aesthetics.

During my postdoc at McGill and my Ph.D. at ULCA, I taught courses on the Metaphysics of Color, Philosophy of Mind, 19th and 20th Century Continental Philosophy, and Philosophy of Psychology.

In addition to my undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, I also spent three years in charge of placement King's. In that capacity, I created a guide to the philosophy job market which I hope might prove useful to Ph.D. students both inside and outside of the U.K. More recently, I've also generated a newer document for graduate students, on the differences between writing a dissertation and writing for journals.
